Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened, unused, with the original seal intact, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return Contact us at services@tokyosupplements.com.au to initiate a return. Once approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment.

Non-returnable items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened or had their seal broken
  • Perishable goods past their use-by date
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased with promotional/sale pricing marked as final sale

EU customers EU customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under applicable consumer law.

Exchanges The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item first, then place a new order once the return is approved.
